This page is the index to NAS’s legal documents. The Partner-facing agreements (Platform Terms, DPA, schedules) are the contract between NAS and our Partners. The visitor-facing documents (Website Terms of Use, Visitor Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy) apply to anyone who visits nas.cards.
“NAS” is the brand under which Nano Advanced Services Limited provides its platform; references to “NAS” mean Nano Advanced Services Limited unless the context requires otherwise.
For any legal question, please email legal@nas.cards. For privacy questions, privacy@nas.cards.
