1. Acceptance

By accessing nas.cards you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. The website is informational

This site describes the NAS platform. It is not a financial product, account, or service in itself. NAS provides access to banking, accounts, issuing, payment and custody infrastructure through regulated partners. NAS is not a bank, deposit-taking institution, e-money institution, or scheme member.

Nano Advanced Services Limited is registered with the U.S. Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) as a foreign-located money-services business; that registration is for US AML / money-services purposes and is not a general or cross-jurisdictional authorisation. NAS does not hold client funds as principal and does not independently control customer safeguarding arrangements, and does not provide regulated money-transmission, custody, or banking services directly to end-customers.

Client funds, where held, sit within the applicable programme structure — the program manager's banking partner, a regulated custodian, or NAS's own MPC-based custody infrastructure depending on the Program — segregated from operating accounts and reconciled continuously. Client funds are not held on NAS's balance sheet and any control, custody or safeguarding function operates only through the applicable programme structure and the relevant regulated or safeguarded arrangement.

3. No financial advice

Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax, or regulatory advice. Engage qualified counsel before making decisions based on information here.

4. Acceptable use

5. Intellectual property

All copy, design, code, marks and graphics on this site are owned by NAS or licensed to NAS. You may share links to the site freely. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute material without written permission.

6. Third-party content

Any market-sizing figures cited on the site (e.g. category CAGR, remittance market size) are taken from publicly available reports. Sources are named inline. Figures are illustrative; they are not a forecast of your programme's performance.

7. Availability & changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice. We aim for high availability but make no uptime warranty for the marketing site.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, exclusive of conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from your use of this website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong SAR. Disputes under the Partner Platform Terms are governed separately by the dispute-resolution provisions of those Terms.
